JUST SAY NO: Sometimes no will do more good than a yes!

There is a time in everyone’s life that they feel used up. They are doing things that they don’t like to do. They say yes to all the things that they don’t have time to do something’s that they really like. They tend to spend time on things that is absolutely not in their interest –they do this mostly because someone expects them to do this job. Just Say No.

1)  DON’T JUST DELEGATE, ELIMINATE!

So here it is, sometimes we try to delegate the work to other people. By doing this we can complete the job, without involving ourselves in the project. And we will happy that we have completed the work. But we certainly have a choice, instead of delegating, just eliminate, it will be a lot easier.

2)  CONSIDER GIVING UP YOUR CELL PHONE AND YOUR E-MAIL

Social Media without doubt is a very good thing. But it certainly takes a lot of time. People waste plenty of hours checking their mails and notification. They seem to be overwhelmed by the load of information they receive. So consider giving up your cell phone or email. You will be surprised how relaxed you will be.

3) IF SAYING NO IS SO IMPORTANT, THEN WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SAY?

It is not an easy job. Because saying no might mean hurting people. We sometimes know saying no to a work which we are not interested is wildly important, yet we will take on the project. The reason is simple, we are afraid of hurting others. And we feel guilty of hurting them. Just say no.

4) IT’S NOT AGAINST YOU; IT’S FOR ME”

Sometimes the best way to say no is :It’s not against you; It’s for me. We can openly say that the project is worthwhile, but still we are already having some priorities. This is one of the ways to have a happy life.
